What kinds of projects can REMS manage?
Buildings and towers, housing societies, farmhouses and plots. Each project can have towers, floors and blocks, unit sizes such as 3, 5 and 10 Marla or 1 Kanal, categories, premiums, amenities and its approving authority (for example LDA, RDA or TMA).
Which payment plans are supported?
Monthly, quarterly, balloon and rental plans, with discounts. When you book a unit against a plan, REMS generates the installment schedule automatically.
Is the accounting really double-entry?
Yes. REMS includes a Chart of Accounts, vouchers with approval, Cash, Bank and General Ledgers, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, aging and year-end close. Approved receipts post to the general ledger automatically.
How do clients pay and keep track of their installments?
Clients can pay via PayPal, bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. The REMS client mobile app shows their installments, payment history and bills, and lets them raise possession, transfer and reserve requests.
Can our dealers use the system?
Yes. Dealers have their own portal, inventory packages, rebate tracking, partial payments and dedicated reports.
Can we run plot balloting in REMS?
Yes. The balloting module lets you shuffle, draw and print results, and keeps a full history and report of every ballot.
